Michael Beale confirms five Rangers changes for Ross County a day before game

Michael Beale has revealed he will make five changes to his Rangers team for the trip to Dingwall tomorrow.

The Ibrox boss offered an unexpected early insight into his team selection as he admitted he'll make a host of changes.

Rangers earned a dramatic 3-2 win over Aberdeen at Pittodrie on Tuesday with Scott Arfield hitting twice in stoppage time.

And despite the last-gasp victory, Beale says he has already decided on five changes to his team to take on Ross County.

Arfield may well have played himself into a starting spot after his Aberdeen heroics while Connor Goldson could start again - but potentially partnered by Ben Davies.

"There will be five changes tomorrow," he said previewing the trip to the Highlands.

"I think Goldson will be able to feature again, Ben (Davies) is now available to play.

"We are looking forward to the challenge tomorrow."

While Beale is set to make tweaks to his team, the Rangers boss admitted there are still 10 or 11 players ruled out through injury.

But he insisted that is not an excuse for any slip-up against Ross County tomorrow night.

"We have 10/11 players unavailable which will help us to add competition for places once they return.

"I am trying to create that competition for places that I think will help.

"There are no excuses, we have more than enough and we should go and perform with our 11 tomorrow."
