The game features a ton of engaging content along with a variety of items and equipment that players can buy.
To purchase these, you need money, which is called Reeve in the game. You would need a lot of money if you want to buy some of the higher-level gear available.

Defeating Trance Crystal Enemies
This particular method requires players to have unlocked the Merchant Archetype that lets you gain a small amount of Reeve when you beat or stun enemies in overworld combat with the Alchemy passive skill. You can take advantage of this by farming enemies spawned by Trance Crystals.
The first Trance Crystal you can find after unlocking the Merchant Archetype is in the Regalith Grand Cathedral. You should avoid destroying the crystal itself so that it continues to spawn enemies, according to The Gamer.
Stealing Using the Thief Archetype
Another good Archetype to use to farm a lot of Reeve in Metaphor: ReFantazio is the Thief Archetype. The Steal passive lets you get a chance to steal a rare item from an enemy that you fight with.
The majority of items that you can get with this passive are usually powerful gear that you can put on your characters. But if you get duplicates that you don't need anymore, you can sell them for quite a good sum.
Selling MAG
This particular method of farming Reeve can be quite lucrative if you know what you're doing. The major downside to this is that farming MAG is relatively complicated.
It is also recommended to start with this method after you increase your follower bond with Brigitta to at least Rank 3.

Other Tips
Farming Reeve is the primary way of making a lot of money but you can also try to save by reducing the amount you spend on the things you buy. This can be done by taking advantage of Idlesday, which is the fifth day of the week.
During Idlesday, the majority of shops in the game will have a sale and you can usually buy stuff for around 20% to 40% cheaper than normal. Saving your money and spending it on this day will let you cut your costs by quite a bit, according to IGN.
