Meta on Wednesday raised the lower end of its annual capital expenditure forecast and announced plans to introduce new non-voting shares, as it seeks to finance its costly artificial intelligence expansion, Reuters reported.
The company reported quarterly revenue of $64.60 billion, beating Wall Street estimates of $63.37 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG. Meta also projected fourth-quarter revenue above analysts’ expectations.
