A 999 call handler who was sacked after referring to a rape victim as "a slut" and making offensive comments about Sarah Everard has been allowed to return to his role.
The call handler was initially dismissed following a misconduct panel hearing after colleague Issy Vine, 30, from Wimbledon, south west London, reported his behaviour during a shift.
