The family of Virginia Giuffre have said they are “deeply disappointed” by the Metropolitan Police’s decision not to investigate claims Andrew Windsor-Mountbatten asked an officer to dig up dirt on her.

In October, The Mail On Sunday claimed Andrew tried to get his personal protection officer to investigate the woman who accused him of sexual assault for a smear campaign in 2011.
