A yellow weather warning for fog affecting all areas of Nottinghamshire has been put in place on Tuesday morning, February 14. The warning, which covers vast parts of England will be in force until 10am.
The Met Office says fog is likely to cause some travel disruption and could lead to delays or cancellations to flights and slower journey times on public transport. The Met Office forecast for Nottingham goes on to suggest fog will be replaced by misty conditions from 10am today, with the sun starting to appear by 12noon.
Going into the afternoon, conditions are set to be much brighter with clear skies being predicted. Highs of 11C are expected today.
Meanwhile, temperatures are not expected to dip below 6C overnight.
