Kim Kardashian may have stolen the show at this year's Met Gala but her outfit clash with sister Khloe didn't go unnoticed.
While 41-year-old Kim shone in Marilyn Monroe's iconic gold dress from 60 years ago, 37-year-old Khloe donned a similar looking Moschino number.
Khloe rocked up at the fashion event of the year with younger sister Kylie Jenner hours before Kim made her dramatic entrance alongside beau Pete Davidson.
Fans quickly took to social media to praise Khloe's appearance on what was her first time at the event as she looked glam in a figure-hugging gold gown which she paired with a black throw and gold sunglasses.
However, her outfit was nearly forgotten when Kim showed up to upstage her in a similar looking dress which happened to have been originally worn by Marilyn Monroe - and is also said to be the world's most expensive dress.
Fans again took to social media though to comment on the sisters' similarities and poke fun at the pair's matching attire.
One Twitter user wrote: "Sooooo kim and khloe got on the same dress but different coats?," alongside an investigative face emoji.
Another questioned: "Why is Kim and Khloe wearing basically the same look/dress #MetGala2022 #MetGala"
A third said: " Kim Kardashian who wore Marilyn Monroe's iconic dress looked like her sister Khloe at the Met Gala. Nothing iconic about her look.
Kanye needs to dress her again. Marilyn was stitched into that dress and carried herself out with such appeal. Try harder Kim!"
And a fourth added: "Khloe and Kim are literally almost wearing the same thing. I just know they got into a fight about it, watch it be on the new season of the kardashians #MetGala"
Elsewhere in the critique of the family's appearance at the star-studded shindig, viewers slammed Kylie's odd look in which she paired a flamboyant wedding dress with a backwards baseball cap.
Momager Kris, 66, avoided such criticism but didn't thrill onlookers with her floaty yellow number.
Eldest sister Kourtney, 43, won a few more plaudits as she turned up with rocker beau Travis Barker in matching attire.
As ever, the pair packed on the PDA on the red carpet as they wore quirky matching black skirts.
While the POOSH founder paired a floor-length skirt with a long-sleeve white crop top, Blink-182 drummer Travis, 46, showcased a pleated kilt alongside his white shirt with overly long sleeves.
Finally, Kendall Jenner, 26, chose an eye-catching outfit as she wore a huge black dress with dramatic train.
The sleeveless gown was completed by a netted lining which covered a somewhat opaque under garment.
While her makeup was typically flawless, many pointed out her apparent lock of eyebrows after she seemingly bleached them.
