Time to break out the sunscreen as Ireland is set to be hotter than Madrid with temperatures hitting the high teens.
While the Spanish capital is set to see temperatures reaching the highs of just 12 to 14 degrees over the next few days, the mercury in Ireland will jump to as high as 17 degrees.
Today will start off cloudy with mist and fog which will later clear from some areas but might linger along some coasts. Temperatures will range from 13 to 17 degrees and it will be warmest in the south and east, with a light and variable breeze.

A mix of cloudy and clear spells is expected tonight but it will be dry apart from an isolated drizzle.
Mist and fog will develop in light and variable breeze with temperatures of 3 and 7 degrees generally but dipping lower locally.
Tomorrow morning will be quiet cloudy with mist and fog but will gradually clear with sunny spells developing as the day goes on.
It will be mostly dry with the odd showers. Temperatures will range from 14 to 17 degrees.

Friday night
"Dry with clear spells. Areas of mist and fog will develop in a light east to northeast or variable wind. Lowest temperatures of 0 to 5 degrees.
Saturday
"Mist and fog will clear from most areas on Saturday morning but may linger along some coasts. It will be a dry day with sunny spells and a light easterly breeze. Highest temperatures of 13 to 17 degrees, coolest near southern and eastern coasts.
Saturday night
"Dry with clear spells and light easterly breezes. Mist and fog will develop in the north and east. Lowest temperatures of 0 to 5 degrees.
Sunday
"Mist and fog will clear from most areas on Sunday morning but may persist along parts of the north and east coast. It will be dry with sunny spells and light east to southeast or variable winds. Highest temperatures of 13 to 17 degrees.
Sunday night
"Continuing dry with clear spells and mist and fog will form in the north and east in light and variable breezes. Lowest temperatures of 1 to 6 degrees."
