Met Eireann have pinpointed the day weather will make big change in terrible 'low pressure' forecast for next week.
While there will be a mostly dry start to the week, it will gradually become more unsettled as rain and drizzle is set to spread from the Atlantic and west coast towards midweek.
On Wednesday, it will begin to get much wetter with rain spreading to many areas of the country by Thursday that will continue through to the weekend.
The national forecaster said: "Current indications suggest that Wednesday night and much of Thursday will be wet with rain in many areas. Further rain and showers will feed in from the Atlantic for Friday and the weekend."

However, we can still enjoy some warm temperatures in the mid to high teens and it will remain mostly dry until midweek.
Sunday will be generally cloudy although there will be some sunny breaks at times. Most places will stay dry but there will be isolated light showers, mainly in Ulster and Connacht. Highest temperatures of 14 to 17C.
On Sunday night it will be generally dry with clear spells, though there will be isolated patches of drizzle in the north and west. It will be a milder night with lowest temperatures of 9 to 12C.
Monday will be a cloudier day but will stay dry in most areas with a few light showers set to develop in the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 15 to 17C.
Monday night will be mild with lowest temperatures of 10 to 13C. It will be cloudy and mainly dry but patchy light rain and drizzle will develop in the west and northwest towards morning.
Many parts of Ireland will be dry on Tuesday but outbreaks of rain will gradually spread across Connacht and Ulster through the day. It will be a humid day with highest temperatures of 16 to 19C.
On Wednesday, even more rain and drizzle will spread over the western half of the country. It will remain drier further east with just occasional showers and highest temperatures of 16 to 19C.
