Ireland is set to enjoy a mini heatwave this week with temperatures set to reach 17C in some areas.
The balmy conditions will rival some of Europe's sunniest spots, including Spain, Portugal and Italy.
People seeking out warmer climes won't have to travel far to benefit from the pleasant conditions as four counties in Ireland are forecast to be hotter than tourist hotspot the Algarve this week.

With Wednesday likely to be the best day of the week, the mercury will hit 16C in counties Galway, Kerry, Limerick and Westmeath.
This compares to the 15C forecast for the Algarve in Portugal on the same day.
Meanwhile, 16 other counties here are set to match the highs in the coastal region.
Temperatures will hit 15C in Dublin, Tipperary, Cork, Limerick, Clare, Kilkenny, Carlow, Offaly, Laois, Longford, Meath, Kildare, Cavan, Sligo, Mayo and Leitrim on Wednesday.
Met Eireann's national forecast predicts that temperatures will reach peaks of 16C most days this week.
Tuesday will be dry in many areas with sunny spells, the best of these over the northern half of the country.
It will be cloudier in Munster and south Leinster with some showers. Highest temperatures of 12 to 16C, with moderate southeast breezes. coolest near east and south coasts, warmest in the midlands.
A forecaster said for Tuesday night: "It will be dry with clear spells and some mist patches. Lowest temperatures generally of 0 to 6C, coldest in the midlands with a touch of grass frost. Light southeasterly breezes, a little fresher near the southwest coast.
"Wednesday will be mainly dry with sunny spells. Highest temperatures of 13 to 17C and mostly light southeasterly breezes.
"Wednesday night will be dry mostly clear. Lowest temperatures of 3 or 4C with light variable or southerly winds. Grass frost will form in parts with mist and fog patches around dawn.
"Thursday and Friday will be dry with good spells of sunshine and light winds. Highest temperatures ranging from 13C at the east and south coasts to 17C inland. Turning cold again after dark with some frost and fog patches.
"Current indications suggest high pressure remains in charge through to the end of the weekend and it will continue mainly dry and sunny for Saturday and Sunday with light variable or easterly breezes. Highest temperatures generally of 13 to 16C and turning cold at night with grass frosts."
