Good morning, folks! We have some great news for you as Met Eireann has confirmed the return of summer weather.
While the next few days will see plenty of rain, Ireland is set to bake in sunshine and hot weather next week. Temperatures will stay in the high teens to low 20s.
A forecaster said: "Current indications suggest the early days of next week are set to be mostly dry with more in the way of sunshine and temperatures widely in the high teens to low 20s with light winds."

A Status Yellow Rain warning is in place for Clare, Kerry, Galway, and Mayo until 12pm today. The national forecaster is warning of heavy rain that may lead to localised flooding and hazardous driving conditions.
Today will start with showers which may turn heavy or thundery but they will clear away to bring sunny spells in the afternoon. The highest temperatures will be around 22 or 23 degrees.
Tonight will see variable cloud with a few scattered showers. The lowest temperatures will be around 12 to 14 degrees.
Tomorrow will be a mixed bag with both sunny spells and scattered light showers. Temperatures will stay range from 17 to 19 degrees.
While there is no further forecast for Dublin, here is what the national outlook says:
Wednesday night
A Met Eireann forecaster said: "There'll be clear spells with just isolated light showers on Atlantic coasts tomorrow night. Lowest temperatures of 8 to 10 degrees, with northwest winds falling light.
Thursday
"Thursday will be dry for many, but scattered showers will affect coastal parts of the north and northwest mainly, where a few will be heavy. There'll be some sunshine in the afternoon.
"Fresher than of late with highest temperatures of 15 to 18 degrees in moderate northwesterly winds. Temperatures overnight down to 8 to 10 degrees.
Friday
"Friday will be a similar day, mainly dry with some sunshine in the morning and a few showers in the afternoon, especially in the west and northwest. Temperatures of 15 to 18 degrees with light to moderate west to northwest winds.
Saturday
"Still a few showers near western and northern coasts over the weekend where there will be a good deal of cloud generally, but mostly dry elsewhere with variable cloud cover and some sunny spells. Temperatures on Saturday in the mid to high teens and a little warmer on Sunday at 17 to 21 degrees."
