Mersey Ferries offering two tours for the price of one

Mersey Ferries and The Beatles Story have announced the relaunch of the joint River Cruise & The Beatles Story ticket.

The combination ticket invites tourists, visitors and locals onboard Mersery Ferries' River Explorer Cruise for a 50-minute excursion along with a ticket to The Beatles Story.

The ferry takes off from Liverpool Gerry Marsden Ferry Terminal, Pier Head, or Seacombe Ferry Terminal, offering scenic and picturesque views of Liverpool and Wirral’s historic gorgeous waterfront.

Aboard the ferry, informative voiceovers touch on the Beatles' performances on The Royal Iris at The Cavern Club’s Riverboat Shuffle Cruises, along with a better insight into Liverpool’s maritime past and rich musical heritage.

The Beatles Story goes in-depth into the forming to the break-up of the group and features a collection of authentic memorabilia including George Harrison’s first guitar, John Lennon’s last piano, Ringo Starr’s drum kit, rare album sleeves, never-before-seen photography and original handwritten lyrics.

The attraction’s discovery zone offers fun craft activities for children of all ages at weekends and school holidays.

Adult tickets are £28, child tickets (five - 15) are £16.50, family tickets (two children and two adults) are £82.50, and concession is £22.50. You can book tickets here.
