Mercedes-Benz Diesel Emissions Investigation Closed By US DOJ

Mercedes-Benz has announced that the US Department of Justice (DOJ) has concluded its investigation into the diesel emissions scandal involving the luxury car manufacturer. The investigation was focused on the alleged manipulation of emissions tests for diesel vehicles.

The company stated that the DOJ has decided to close the investigation without imposing any fines or penalties. Mercedes-Benz has been cooperating with authorities throughout the investigation process.
