Meningitis: Students begin receiving vaccine as alert sent to NHS in England

Students have begun to receive a meningitis B vaccine following a deadly outbreak in Kent, as the NHS across England has been told what to look out for.

Around 5,000 students from the Canterbury campus of the University of Kent will be offered the jab, alongside courses of antibiotics.
