Two men allegedly brandishing a knife chased victims through the streets of Clifton during an attempted motorcycle robbery. Police are appealing for witnesses as officers carry out their investigations.
The victims were chased up Lower Clifton Hill on Friday, July 7 at around 5.30pm by two men who allegedly had a knife, Avon and Somerset Police said. No one was injured in the incident and police say the offenders left empty handed.
A spokesperson for the force said officers are carrying out house to house and CCTV enquiries. Officers are now appealing for information from witnesses.

The spokesperson said: "Officers are investigating following an attempted robbery of a motorbike in Clifton, Bristol, at around 5.30pm on Friday, July 7.
"The victims were pursued up Lower Clifton Hill by two unknown men who reportedly had a knife. Thankfully, it is believed no-one was injured in the incident and the offenders left empty handed.
