After enjoying their honeymoon in the Mediterranean in 2018, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were out of holiday mode pretty quickly and were straight back into the spotlight for Trooping the Colour.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex joined the royal family to celebrate the Queen's official birthday.
For the special occasion, Meghan donned a baby pink dress and matching hat, and stood proudly next to her new husband who wore his military uniform, writes The Mirror.
Before Meghan and Harry tied the knot, the former Suits actress had already carried out a handful of engagements, however this was her first time on the Buckingham Palace balcony - and everyone could see her amazement at the experience on her face.
She could be seen chatting to Kate, William and Camilla, however Harry claims things were quite awkward.
In his memoir Spare, Harry said that once they left the balcony, Kate asked Meghan what she thought of her first Trooping the Colour, and she replied: "Colourful".
Harry writes: "A yawning silence threatened to swallow us all whole".
In the memoir, which has been a hot topic of conversation all over the world since its release, Harry shares his version of the fallouts and tensions between his wife and family in the lead up to the wedding, which likely contributed to the awkward feelings at Trooping.
He claims that Kate and William "stereotyped" her, saying their behaviour created a barrier. He also said his brother described her as "difficult".
Harry also talks about the tiff between Kate and Meghan at a bridesmaid dress fitting before their 2018 wedding and said Kate was funny with Meghan when she asked to borrow lip gloss.
In a TV interview ITV's Tom Bradby, Harry said that his brother and wife didn't get on with Meghan "from the get-go", while also making the surprising admission that they couple were huge Suits fans.
Asked why the relationship got off on a bad note, Harry says there were "lots of different reasons".
