The Royal Family could be set for fresh explosive revelations with a source close to Meghan Markle reportedly saying they would be "surprised" if she wasn’t writing a memoir.
The Sussexes left for the United States more than two years ago and since then their relationship with the Royal Family has deteriorated with regular criticism from both Harry and Meghan.
Most notably was a bombshell interview made with Oprah Winfrey where Meghan accused an unnamed member of the Royal Family of racism by commenting on what would be the colour of the skin of her first child while she was pregnant.
Rumours are rife that she could be now writing a “tell-all” book about life as a royal after it has emerged that she made a daily journal while living in England.
And this summer she said that she found the diary while at Frogmore Cottage, in Windsor.
“I’d be very surprised if Meghan wasn’t writing a book,” said a source close to Meghan, reported The Sun.
Royals will be fearful of fresh allegations that could be made against them in a book, while they are also braced for Harry’s memoir which is due to be released this autumn.
Meghan spoke about returning to Frogmore Cottage during the Queen’s Jubilee in an interview with The Cut magazine.
She said: "You go back and you open drawers and you’re like, Oh my gosh. This is what I was writing in my journal there?
"And here’s all my socks from this time?"
With the launch of her new podcast, Archetypes, which dropped its first episode on Spotify last week, Meghan has also said that she is now returning to Instagram.
Meghan's second episode was released today, featuring Mariah Carey, and lashed out at the media attention towards her children in the UK, even though there are strict rules in place.
"Why would I give the very people that are calling my children the N-word a photo of my child before I can share it with the people that love my child?" she said.
"You tell me how that makes sense and then I'll play that game."
