Media mogul Richard Desmond fined £10,000 over dog attack on ‘Billionaires Row’

Businessman Richard Desmond has been fined £10,000 after his dog attacked two people on a North London road dubbed ‘Billionaires Row’.

The 71-year-old media mogul, who owned Express Newspapers and OK magazine, pleaded guilty at Willesden Magistrates Court to two offences under the 1991 Dangerous Dogs Act.
