Medical charity MedGlobal recently provided much-needed assistance to those affected by the ongoing conflict in Lebanon. On Wednesday, the organization delivered 100 mattresses to individuals seeking refuge in a school in Beirut. This act of kindness comes as tens of thousands of people have been displaced from their homes in southern Lebanon due to the recent strikes initiated by Israel.
The Lebanese Crisis and Disaster Management Cell reported that approximately 10,000 individuals have sought shelter in schools and vocational complexes in Beirut. The situation remains dire as many more are forced to flee, with thousands crossing the border into neighboring Syria in search of safety.
