Meat:Stack to give away 100 free meals when it opens first Leeds restaurant

New opening Meat:Stack is giving away 100 free meals when it opens next month.

Meat:Stack comes to the city having enjoyed success in Newcastle. The business is known for a menu inspired by one of America’s most iconic cultural exports - going out for a burger. It takes great pride in the cheeseburgers it serves.

The new Meat:Stack venue will be based in Bishopgate Street, at the 34 Boar Lane building. It will open on Friday, June 10 with the first 100 customers getting a free meal - the new eatery will open its doors at noon that day.

On the menu, you’ll find the French Canadian, which comes loaded with streaky bacon, blue cheese, garlic butter, chilli-maple syrup, hash brown, American cheese and signature Stack Sauce. There’s also the American West Coast classic burger which comes with American cheese Stack Sauce and shredded lettuce.

The barbecue chicken stack features chicken tenders, smoky mountain mayo, lettuce, crispy onions and chipotle barbecue sauce. On the side, you can sample triple cheese fries and filthy fries among their options.

Allan Hyslop, Meat:Stack partner and director, said: “It's finally here. We are set to open our second restaurant and our first in Leeds on June 10. To celebrate we shall be giving away the first 100 meals free on the day from midday. You will need to get down nice and early to grab a freebie.

“We have been overwhelmed with the welcome we have had from everyone in Leeds so far, the generosity of other local businesses and traders has been massively heart-warming. We look forward to developing these relationships and becoming a big part of the food scene in the city.”
