Aberdeen-based marketing agency Mearns & Gill has reported record-breaking profits for the year to 31 January 2023.
Turnover at the Carden Place-based business has grown by more than 70% to £2.9m, compared to the previous year.
To manage this growth, Mearns & Gill has recruited four new members to the team in the last 12 months.
They are new business team lead Malcolm Charles, events manager Aimee Aitken, graphic designer Graeme McDonald and junior account manager Weronika Ptaszynska.
The agency's headcount now stands at 20.
The firm has also taken on 38 clients during the last 12 months, bringing the total number of clients supported by the business in 2022/23 to 85.
Managing director Mike Wilson commented: “As a full-service agency, clients are increasingly aware that engaging with a single agency to assist across their brand, digital, web, advertising, PR and event needs, just makes sense.
“We are delighted to welcome Malcolm, Aimee, Graeme and Weronika to the team as part of our growth plans.
“At the heart of Mearns & Gill is making a difference to our clients’ marketing activities and helping them reach existing and new audiences - in doing so, we look forward to continued growth in the years ahead.”
