McDonald's Pairing Menu
Quarter Pounder with Cheese and Summer Fruits Oasis
- McDonald's said: "Want to impress your date? This pairing of our delicious beef patties with the red currant notes of the Oasis will get those taste buds tingling. Plus, the Quarter Pounder with Cheese is only 99p via the McDonald’s App today. Bonus."
Filet-O-Fish and Sprite Zero
- McDonald's said: "A classic pairing of salty fish flavours, complemented by the citrus delights of Sprite. We’ve conducted extensive tests (extensive) and can confirm the soft drink really heightens the taste of the Filet-o-Fish and adds a lovely balance."
The Spicy Veggie Wrap and Milkshake (dealer's choice)
- McDonald's said: "Putting together a pairing menu is a lot like creating the perfect date: you've got to have that mix of cool and spicy. This delightful duo does exactly that, and our research shows there’s nothing sexier than that slurping sound you make when you're trying to get every last drop of your shake."
Apple Pie and Toffee Frappe
- McDonald's said: "Fairgrounds. Oversized stuffed toys. Toffee Apples. Bringing the famous first-date flavour of a toffee apple to the pairing menu, this cute combination will TAKE. YOU. THERE (well, not literally)."
