McDonald’s 'IT outage' leaves restaurants unable to serve food

McDonald’s has been left unable to service food at a number of its restaurants around the world after they suffered an apparent IT system outage.

Customers in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Japan have complained about issues trying to buy from the fast food giant on social media on Friday morning.
