McDonald's fans can let out a sigh of relief as the chain's iconic festive menu has finally launched in today. With it comes the all-new Mighty McMuffin, a late addition to the seasonal offering that's sure to brighten gloomy winter mornings.
With Big Tasty, Festive Pie, Cheese Melt Dippers and Celebrations McFlurry all making an appearance, there's plenty for customers to sink their teeth into over the Christmas period. But good luck getting your mouth around the whopping new breakfast item. Filled with sausage, egg, bacon, cheese, and ketchup or brown sauce, the Mighty McMuffin is sure to delight many. The limited-edition item comes in at £3.99 on its own or £5.59 as a meal.
Like with the original breakfast McMuffin, it is only available until 11am each day - meaning fast-food lovers will need to be fast. However, there's lots more festive food on offer to be enjoyed throughout the day.
Following the launch on November 23, the 2022 festive menu will be available in restaurants across the UK and Ireland for a limited six-weeks only.
McDonald's will also be bringing festive to cheer towns and cities across the nation with its #ReindeerReady Christmas Card Tour.
Visitors can choose from a selection of festive backdrops, where their photo will be taken by a professional photographer, before they are handed a printed Christmas card to take with them. Fans are also invited to stop by the McDonald’s food, to enjoy free Festive Pies, Melted Cheese Bites, and McNuggets.
The tour will also be driving donations to Children in Need, with live ways to donate to the charity and the opportunity to meet Pudsey at each location.
