McDonald's fans, rejoice: the festive menu has finally been announced and it's certainty beginning to feel a lot like Christmas.
If you've been waiting patiently to discover what Christmassy treats are in store at the fast-food chain, you're in luck as the menu is launching sooner than you think.
Mark Wednesday, November 23 in your diaries and prepare for some Christmas classics to return to menus - and your tables.
From much-loved burgers to festive sides and pies as well as seasonal McFlurry's, the 2022 offering is brimming with tasty treats.
Below, we've listed what you can expect from McDonald's this festive season - thank us later.
Burgers
The end of November will see the much-loved Big Tasty return to the menu - which is big news for fans of the mammoth burger.
Fans can expect a 100% beef patty, cheese made with Emmental cheese, onions, juicy tomatoes, and a unique smoky flavoured sauce all nested in a freshly toasted bun. And it can be enjoyed with or without bacon.
Without bacon, the Big Tasty will cost £5.29 on its own or £6.89 as a meal. With bacon it will be £5.89 on its own or £7.49 as a meal.
Chicken lovers will also be able to get their hands on our new permanent fixture, McCrispy which contains 100% chicken breast fillet in a crispy, crunchy coating, served with iceberg lettuce, black pepper mayo, and a delicious sesame-topped bun. The McCrispy is £4.99 on its own or £6.49 as a meal.
Pies and sides
McDonald's is re-releasing the Festive Pie, much to the relief of anyone with a sweet tooth. It's a Christmassy take on the food chain's classic hot crispy pie, but instead of apple, it's filled with mincemeat and custard. It's a must-buy for mince pie lovers and at £1.29 it'd be hard to resist.
Cheese Melt Dippers are also back to tantalise your tastebuds - the four breaded camembert bites are served with a tangy tomato dip and cost £2.29. And of course, you can get a share box of 15 for £5.99. These will replace the Nacho Cheese Wedges - which may divide fans of the latter.
McFlurry
If you're in the mood for something sweet after your meal, for £1.79 you can get your hands on the Celebrations McFlurry which features soft dairy ice cream, swirled with Maltesers clusters, Galaxy chocolate drops, caramel pieces, Mars chewy pieces, and Twix biscuits, topped with a milk chocolate sauce.
To make room for this line up, McDonald's will be getting rid of the BBQ Bacon Stack, Nacho Cheese Wedges, and the Twirl McFlurry on Tuesday November 22.
The 2022 Festive Menu will be available for six weeks only from November 23.
