Mayo star Oisin Mullin will make his AFL debut on Saturday just months after making the move to Australia.
He'll start at half-back for the Geelong Cats in their match against the GWS Giants at 7:35am Irish time.
Mullin revealed the news in a phone call to his family that was filmed and shared on the Geelong Cats Twitter page.

It was confirmed last November that Mullin had agreed to sign as a Category B Rookie for Geelong. He was part of the Mayo side that lost to Kerry in the All-Ireland quarter-finals last year.
He had originally planned to join the Australian side in 2021 but then decided to remain in Ireland.
Mullin isn't the only Irish interest in the match as Laois native Zach Tuohy and Kerry’s Mark O’Connor will also feature for the Cats. Tuohy is only five appearance away from breaking Jim Stynes' record of most appearences in the AFL by an Irish player, he managed the feat 264 times.
O'Connor is also closing in on an impressive personal achievement as he nears his 100th AFL appearance. Geelong Cats, the defending Premiership champions, have endured an indifferent 2023 so far with five wins and five losses.
