Liverpool needed another penalty shootout to claim victory over Derby County in the Carabao Cup.
The Reds progressed to the fourth round of the competition after claiming a 3-2 shootout win over the League One outfit. The match finish goalless after 90 minutes, with another set of spot-kicks needed for Liverpool to claim a win in their first match of the trophy defence.
Caoimhin Kelleher saved three penalties in a shootout to help send the Reds through to the fourth round. Harvey Elliott scored the winning spot-kick, in front of the travelling Derby fans in the Anfield Road stand.
