LUCKNOW: BSP chief Mayawati said that the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) is the only party that has come to power four times in a big state like UP by working on the principles of Gautam Buddha of "sarvajan hitaay, sarvajan sukhaay".
She extended greetings to the followers of Gautam Buddha on the occasion of Buddha Purnima on Monday and said that the BSP government has named many institutes, parks and buildings under Buddha's name. A world-level Gautambudh university has been established in a 511 acre area in Gautambudh Nagar district so that a high-quality education could be provided to Dalits and deprived sections of people.
