Scottish FA chief executive Ian Maxwell says Scottish clubs need to shift their mindset away from worrying about the risks when it comes to playing young players.
Maxwell was at Friday’s summit alongside chief football officer Craig Mulholland as they presented to clubs the begining of their vision for achieving more minutes for young players, including a presentation from football analytics company Twenty First Group.
