Maximum and minimum temperatures to shoot up in Delhi

New Delhi IMD India Meteorological Department

NEW DELHI: Delhi saw a sunny morning due to a slight rise in the daytime mercury with India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasting strong gusty winds on Tuesday.

The minimum temperature is expected to shoot up to 14 degrees Celsius and maximum up to 29 degrees Celsius by the end of the week. On Monday, the minimum temperature was recorded at 10.1 degrees Celsius against 11.7 degrees on Sunday. The maximum temperature on Monday was 26.4 degrees Celsius, two notches above normal.
