Maura Higgins has gushed over her best friend Molly-Mae Hague in her latest Instagram post.
The Love Island star, 32, says she "fancies" Molly, who also appeared in the same series of the show.
Yet, the two Islanders have only recently become closer as the Irish beauty branded new mum Molly her "best friend" following concern from fans she is no longer pals with Lucie Donlan.
Maura and Lucie often enjoyed trips away together and supported each other on social media through thick and thin.
In a shock turn, Maura unfollowed her former best friend in autumn last year, with it appearing Molly-Mae, 23, has taken top spot.
Molly took to her Instagram account to share a stunning photo of herself outside a café.
The Pretty Little Thing creative director wore a casual look with black jeans and a yellow MiuMiu jacket over a white vest.
She wore her blonde locks in a middle parting and kept her glowing makeup minimal.
Molly captioned her post: "Coffee catch-ups."
Maura quickly commented under the snap: "I fancy you & the bread," whilst boyfriend Tommy Fury added: "Beautiful."
Maura's friendship with Molly comes after concern a luxury getaway with Lucie sparked havoc.
Their trip away to the Maldives may have been the nail in the coffin for their friendship as according to reports, the pair 'drifted apart' after they went on the luxurious holiday together in December 2021.
An insider told The Sun: "Lucie and Maura just drifted apart - it was fun when they were both single and going on holidays together but Lucie's settling down in Cornwall with her fiancé and Maura lives in London.
"When Maura unfollowed Lucie though, it was a bit of a shock. Clearly they weren't as close as Lucie thought they were, as it was a bit of a harsh move and ended the friendship on a bit of a sour note," they added.
Lucie and Luke Mabbott started dating in July 2020 and were in different Love Island series.
Luke got together with Demi Jones in 2020's winter show and Lucie coupled up with Joe Garratt in Majorca.
The couple got engaged in December 2021 and are now putting plans in place for their very special day, with Lucie finding her perfect dress while out shopping with Luke.
