Maura Higgins was forced to pull out of attending the British Fashion Awards at the last minute after dubbing her own dress "not very appropriate".

The Love Island star, 32, is known for her sexy and racy fashion sense - but admitted that she was uncomfortable wearing her own outfit and pulled out of the event last minute.

Dubbing it a "nightmare", she said that she had had "zero control" over her custom-made gown as she took to her Instagram Stories.
