Mattress Mick has paid tribute to his wife after she died recently following a short illness.
Margaret Flynn, the wife of the Dublin businessman, passed away peacefully at the age of 63 at St Francis Hospice in Raheny on February 1. The couple had been married for 40 years after they met working in a grocery shop owned by Mick.
He has since told the Sunday World about their love story, saying: "I opened a shop in Ringsend many years ago, a grocery store, and she came for an interview. She managed the shop for me and then it just developed into a relationship."
