In a recent panel at MegaCon Orlando, actor Matthew Lewis expressed his openness to returning to the world of Harry Potter for its upcoming TV reboot. However, Lewis, who famously portrayed Neville Longbottom in all eight movies, acknowledged that he is now too old to reprise his previous role. Instead, he contemplated which character he could portray now that he has grown older.
Lewis admitted that it is a challenging decision, as the original cast members did such a fantastic job bringing their characters to life. He went on to mention that if given the chance, he would love to tackle the role of Professor Lupin, originally played by the brilliant David Thewlis in the film series.
