Matt Turner is set to arrive in London this week as he finalises his move to Arsenal after a deal with MLS side New England Revolution was agreed back in January.
It comes a month after the Gunners accidentally confirmed his transfer by sending him a letter and some flowers for his wedding day, which was pictured on the players' Instagram story.
The goalkeeper will likely replace Bernd Leno, who is expected to leave this summer due to a lack of game time last season. However, despite Turner's move not even being official yet, his character and mentality have already made him a fan favourite in north London, something Aaron Ramsdale also experienced prior to playing his first game for the club.
