Politician Matt Hancock joked being made I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! leader made up for his loss against Boris Johnson.
The former Health Secretary and Mike Tindall were made potential leaders, with Charlene White and Sue Cleaver being made deputies to the respective heads.
In order for them to be chosen leaders, they had to win a challenge.
"In front of each team is a wall of lights. You will only see which lights are switched on when you press the red button," the challenge read.
"The first team to turn on all their lights will become the leader and deputy of camp. Mike and Matt, you will be responsible for turning the lights on. However, you will be blindfolded and will have to rely on your chosen deputy to give you instructions from the deputies’ chairs.”
Mr Hancock wasn't feeling confident about the challenge and told Charlene they're 'underdogs'.
"No, no, no you do not come into this challenge with that attitude young man!" she said to which he responded: "We’re underdogs."
Charlene quipped: “Did you go into the leadership challenge thinking you were the underdog.”
Mr Hancock replied: “Yeah…”
Charlene laughed: “Well then that’s why you lost.”
The duo ended up winning despite a rocky start where Charlene accidentally directed Mr Hancock to turn the lights off.
Mr Hancock said: “Obviously, it’s a great honour and privilege to be camp leader. I want to thank everybody who voted for me.”
His deputy asked him: “Does this win feel sweet, especially after you lost to Boris? Do you feel like you have been vindicated?”
Mr Hancock replied: “This more than makes up for it.”
Loose Women star Charlene added that she was 'super proud' of him for winning 'one' leadership contest.

However, Sue and Mike were furious, with Sue stating the camp is now a 'dictatorship.
Mike, the husband of Zara Tindall, joked: “But there’s always time for revolution.”
Despite being made leader, fans were unhappy with the amount of screen time Mr Hancock has been getting.
They didn't like that he has been voted to do all of the Bushtucker Trials and took to Twitter to share their thoughts.
One said: "If Ant and Dec announce tonight that Matt doing trial yet again, we should ALL turn programme off for 2 minutes. Let ITV know we are getting cheesed off. #ImACeleb."
Another commented: "This is boring, and we know matt will do the next trial. So predictable. Time to turn off #ImACeleb."
