Northumberland based viewers will see some familiar sights on TV on Wednesday if they tune into Matt Baker's Travels With Mum and Dad.
And that's because the first episode of the former Blue Peter presenter's new show will feature Bamburgh. Travels With Mum and Dad, like Matt's other successful series Our Farm in the Dales, will air on More4 and see County Durham born personality Matt and his parents Mike and Janice tour the North East in a camper van, spending time at some famous locations and landmarks.
And on Wednesday morning, the team at Bamburgh Castle took to Facebook to reveal that the historic structure, which last year hosted the cast and crew of the new Indiana Jones movie, will feature in episode one at 9pm. They told their many followers: "They begin at Bamburgh Castle Estate, where Matt learns about some antique engineering, tea-loving Janice learns how to blend Earl Grey on the very spot it was invented and Mike has a memorable experience with a vintage luxury car closely linked to the castle."

There were quickly plenty of comments underneath the post, with one follower replying: "Sounds like a great one to watch" and another responding: " this might be good tonight."
Over the course of Travels With Mum and Dad's four episodes, Matt, Janice and Mike will also go behind the scenes at Beamish with its world famous living open air museum, Hexham Racecourse and Durham Cathedral.
Meeting a range of friendly faces, from racehorse breeders at Hexham to the restorers at Bamburgh, Matt and his parents will learn first-hand about the history, traditions and crafts these places have inspired and see just how these Northern institutions form vital parts of the local community.
