Matheus Franca has bid farewell to Flamengo ahead of his move to Crystal Palace.
The Eagles have agreed a deal with the Brazilian giants worth an initial £17m plus a further £9m in add-ons as they begin life without Wilfried Zaha.
Chelsea and Newcastle were also interested in Franca, who can play across the frontline as well as in midfield, but Palace have won the race.

The 19-year-old is regarded as a huge talent within South American football and would represent a coup for the Selhurst Park side during what has been a difficult summer.
Zaha has joined Turkish giants Galatasaray on a free transfer upon the expiration of his contract, while Michael Olise is attracting interest from the likes of Chelsea and Manchester City.
Manager Roy Hodgson has publicly called for more additions after losing five senior players to the squad who finished 12th in the Premier League last season.
Franca is set to follow Jefferson Lerma through the door at Selhurst and has now said his goodbyes to Flamengo.
