Matalan shoppers are "obsessed" with a gingham shirt dress that's "perfect for summer" after spotting it online.

The high street store recently shared a photo of a woman wearing a the Black Gingham Midi Shirt Dress and shoppers are loving it. The dress costs £20 and has a tiered design, statement button fastenings, an open neckline and mid-length sleeves.

Matalan shared the image with the caption: "A gingham dress is a must-have for your wardrobe this season #matalanready @rebeccapoulterstyling". Shoppers were quick to share their thoughts on the playsuit in the comments section below.
