Citizens shelter in the Metro as Russia launches another missile attack on Kyiv
(Picture: Getty Images)Russia launched a “massive missile attack” across Ukraine on Monday, officials said, hitting homes and buildings, disrupting power supplies and killing at least two people.
The governor of the Kyiv region said 40% of the region was without electricity and some infrastructure was hit, but that there were no “critical consequences”.
