A huge office building in Liverpool has changed hands in a deal worth a little under £6m.
Burlington House is located on Crosby Road North in Waterloo and provides serviced office space to a number of businesses.
It was sold by commercial property giant Bruntwood, which operated the space under its Bruntwood Works business.

Colin Forshaw, Liverpool regional director for Bruntwood Works, said: "Creating thriving places and communities is something we’re passionate about and, after more than 35 years under Bruntwood stewardship growing occupancy levels and building a community, we now feel it’s time for us to hand Burlington House to its next owner.
"We are confident that Burlington House will continue to prove an attractive proposition for those small and medium sized businesses across Liverpool that are looking to take the next step on their growth journey.
Forshaw added Bruntwood is planning to "continue to invest in our workspaces across Liverpool that encourage collaboration and help to create thriving cities".
Burlington House was bought by Tracey Investments Ltd (TIL). A spokesperson for the firm said: "With little competition within the area providing good quality office accommodation, TIL are confident they can improve the amenity within the building to provide excellent facilities for both existing and new tenants."
TIL was represented by Inglis Howie. CBRE is the letting agent.
