Hospitals in Islamabad have allegedly been ordered to prepare for a possible “humanitarian crisis” and “mass casualty incident” ahead of a planned September 27 protest by jailed former Pakistan prime minister Imran Khan’s party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
