Aled Jones has shared behind-the-scenes secrets from the Masked Singer following his unmasking last weekend.
The singer, 51, was unveiled as the celebrity behind the Traffic Cone costume on the latest episode of the ITV singing competition - missing out on a place in the final.
He's among the likes of footballer Michael Owen, 42, singer Michelle Williams, 42, and presenter Gloria Hunniford, 81, who have also featured on the third series of the show.
And following his departure, the Walking in the Air singer has opened up about the secrecy surrounding production, with him giving an insight into what it's like as a contestant.
He spoke about the experience during an interview with radio presenters Amanda Holden, 50, and Jamie Theakston, 51, on Heart Breakfast earlier this morning.
Holden asked the guest - who rose to fame as a teenager choirist - to explain how "kind of cloak and daggers it is backstage," with the show known for its secrecy protocols.
Jones said: "Oh my god, you have no idea. Not even backstage. About half an hour before you arrive on the airfield where they record it, I don't want to give too much away, but you have to put a balaclava on, a visor and gloves."
He added that contestants also wear a hoodie that says "don't speak to me," with this detail having previously been stated by other former participants of the ITV competition.
"You never see anybody else, so I never ever saw a single other contestant whilst I was there. Except if we were on stage and that's it," the singer further commented.
Holden described the secrecy of the show as "amazing," with Jones further revealing: "You're basically pushed onto stage, because I couldn't see anything really and then you're dumped there and you do your bit, and then you go home."

He said that contestants get their own car and dressing room, which includes food, teasing: "It's why I did it!"
The final of the third series will see Panda, Mushroom and Robobunny compete to the crowned winner. Nicola Roberts, 36, and Joss Stone, 34, won previous seasons.
The Masked Singer is set to conclude its latest series on ITV this Saturday (February 12). Catch-up through ITV Hub.
Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden airs weekdays from 6.30am to 10am.
