Marvin Humes has opened up about briefly splitting from his now-wife Rochelle Humes early on in their relationship, saying he immediately knew it was the "biggest mistake".
The couple - who have been together for around 13 years - spoke about their relationship on the latest episode of the Bumble podcast My Love Is..., which is hosted by Tolly T.
The candid discussion saw Marvin, 37, admit to having briefly "called it off" with Rochelle, now 33, about a year into their relationship - with him explaining that he had "panicked".
He said: "We had a little split about a year in. [...] I sort of got cold feet for some reason and I just panicked. I called it off [and] I knew that second it was the biggest mistake".
Discussing his decision, Marvin - who is a member of the group JLS - said he felt that a previous relationship went on for "too long" but he "didn't have the balls" to end it.
He said on the podcast that it had the "reverse effect" when he was first with Rochelle, saying that he "panicked" and wanted to call it off with the fellow singer early on.
Rochelle explained that she "found it so tough," adding that the couple had been having "the best time" before the unexpected split and had even moved in together.

Rochelle - who was a member of the Saturdays - recalled being broken up with after coming home from work. She said Marvin had told her: "I don't think I want this anymore".
She said on the podcast that she initially didn't understand he was talking about the relationship. It later became clear though and the couple went their separate ways.
Marvin said they went around six weeks without any contact, except for him emailing Rochelle to check in with her. He said: "I needed to have that time to realise what I had."
He further commented on the podcast: "She didn't make it easy for me, but I managed to win her back and that's when I knew that I'd be with her for the rest of my life".
Following their reconcilation, the couple went on to get married in 2012. They celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary earlier this year, marking it with a vow renewal.
The last decade has also seen the couple become parents. They share three children together, who are Alaia-Mai, nine, Valentina, five, and youngest child Blake, two.
