After more than 17 years of releases, ranking all the MCU movies from worst to best gets harder every time Marvel Studios releases a new installment. Getting fans to sign a diplomatically approved ranking would be impossible, so we’ve gone ahead and just cooked our own, risking an online Infinity War that not even the Avengers could stop.
Most people will agree that movies like Avengers: Endgame and the original Guardians of the Galaxy are absolute wins that rank among the finest blockbusters of all time, but things get murkier the further down you go. Unfortunately, disappointing recent entries like The Marvels and Captain America: Brave New World are among the worst we've seen from the MCU, but Thunderbolts* and The Fantastic Four: First Steps managed to course-correct the ship in summer 2025.
