Martyn Ford has sent a warning to rival Iranian Hulk just over a month out from their boxing match.
Ford and Hulk - whose real name is Sajad Gharibi - will both make their boxing debuts in London on April 30. The pair squared off for the first time in Dubai last month, with Ford pushing Gharibi and sending him flying to the floor during a heated altercation.
During their face-off, the 6'8" Ford towered over his rival and looked in better shape than his opponent. The Brit, who is commonly labelled the 'World's Scariest Man' revealed he currently weighs 320lb during his preparations for the fight.
Posting a video of himself working on his footwork, Ford wrote: "Changing my narrative, building a beast from scratch, leaving nothing to chance .... moving well for 145kg, but we can always be better."
Gharibi apologised for his actions in Dubai as he attempted to take Ford to the ground after being pushed. The Iranian's parents even disowned him after the incident, with his mother stating he is "not her son".
"I cannot call my family; when I returned [to Iran] I didn't go to my family," he said whilst crying on Iranian TV. "I can't talk to my father and my mother, when I spoke to her, said: 'The person in this video that I saw was not my son, my son is way stronger than this'.
"It hurts my heart when I can't talk to my family. I have lost my pride and I am destroyed. How can I explain? They deceived me and I fell to the ground. My family said that you will go there and finish him. They expected the other way around. How can I sleep or get any rest?

"I personally feel very bad and I cannot sleep but I am now taking sleeping pills. When a mum says that to her child, how can it be tolerated? There is a lot of pressure, if I got paid even one dollar to do that I can't continue."
Ford is currently 33lbs heavier than his rival Gharibi after the Iranian recently trimmed down ahead of the fight. Gharibi's training methods have been questioned by some fans as he also claimed to have "no coach".
Despite their rivalry, Ford came to the defence of Gharibi after he was criticised online, stating: I do not want to see any hate towards him. Please show some compassion for his feelings, no matter what you feel, we are all human, we are better than this."
