Martine McCutcheon always looks gorgeous and now she's revealed the secret behind her stunning figure.
The mum-of-one, 46, often shares pics of herself looking trim on Instagram and is inundated with compliments from admiring fans.
Now, the ex-EastEnders actress has opened up about her diet as well as the importance of keeping active.
"With every meal I make sure to have loads of fruit and veg, not too much dairy not too much red meat," Martine explained.
"When you're doing that daily, you're allowing yourself that little bit of space where you can have the freedom to still have a little bit of what you fancy."
The actress also spoke about her exercise routine, saying: "For me, it's a gentle 20-min walk every day.
"Walking in nature helps me mentally. It sets me up with the right tone of the day and physically helps with my ME and fibromyalgia," reports Closer magazine.
Martine was first diagnosed with ME in 2011. The condition is also known as chronic fatigue syndrome and is a long-term illness with several symptoms, including tiredness, muscle pain and a sore throat.
The Love Actually star spoke about how the illness affects her last year, telling Hello! magazine: "I look at it that when I get symptoms or when my body starts clanging, it's a sign for me to pace myself, rest.
"So, yeah, I've definitely learned to look at it as a good messenger rather than something that simply gets in the way."
The much-loved actress has had an enviable career but admitted she has to turn jobs down as her and husband Jack McManus firmly believe in the mantra "family first" and spending quality time with their son Rafferty, seven.
Martine recently lost a family member as she shared her heartache announcing the sudden death of her younger brother LJ.
The actress revealed her Laurence John - known as LJ - died "suddenly", aged just 31. She said there was "no medical explanation" for his death.
Sharing the tragic news on Instagram alongside two photos of her sibling, Martine wrote: "My heart is forever broken. My baby brother, my gentle giant, sadly passed away, suddenly, 2 weeks ago. He was 31 years old."
Tragically, LJ had been due to get married next month and had asked Martine to be his bridesmaid.
The actress said the last time she saw her sibling was just days before his death - after he'd been to a suit fitting with her husband Jack.
