Martine McCutcheon urged her followers to take their time as she shared a pic on Instagram - in which she looked unrecognisable.

The ex-EastEnders actress, 45, shot to fame playing Tiffany Mitchell in the BBC soap, but there was little sign of Tiff in the glamorous photo.

Dressed in all black, with her hair pulled back off her face, sporting shades and a YSL bag, Martine looked trimmer than ever, telling fans: "She’s off “out out” for a walk folks!
