Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard has admitted he is dreaming about winning this season's Premier League title.
Mikel Arteta's men currently sit on top of the Premier League standings, eight points ahead of second-placed Manchester City, although the Citizens do have a game in hand on their title rivals. The Gunners' most recent outing came on Sunday afternoon, defeating Crystal Palace 4-1 at the Emirates Stadium in what was an extremely convincing display from the league leaders.
Now, midfielder Odegaard has opened up on his side's chances of lifting the league title come May, revealing that it has been his goal since he was young. When asked by talkSPORT if he is dreaming of ending the club's 19-year title drought, the Norwegian international replied: "Yeah, you can always dream!

"It’s been my dream since I was a baby, so of course you can dream. But the main thing is to stay calm, to keep working hard and to keep pushing every day to make sure that we get better every day."
The former Real Madrid playmaker added: "I think everyone enjoys it, we are where we want to be. We have to enjoy it.
"We are in a good position, so we want to enjoy this, and the connection with the fans, within the team, everyone is so together now. So we just have to keep going the same way and keep pushing every day to get better and to stay where we are."
