Martin Lewis warns of 'bleak winter' ahead as he admits he can't help struggling Brits

Money Saving Expert's Martin Lewis has warned that Brits face a "bleak winter" this year and admitted he feels "more powerless than ever" to help struggling Brits.

The financial advice journalist appeared on Radio 5 Live following Rishi Sunak's Spring Budget announcement, today March 23.

The chancellor promised an income tax cut by 2024, as he lowered the national insurance tax threshold and fuel duty.
